Hi friend,


There are two ways to handle exceptions,

1. try block followed by a catch block to catch the exceptions. and
2. Use throws clause.


In the first approach,
The exception to decide what should be done in case of an exception.
try
{
// exception generate
}
catch(Exception e)
{
// handle the exception
}

If it is not the responsibility of the method to deal with it's own exceptions,

In this case use the second approach.

*)The caller of the method to catch the exceptions,that the method is likely to throw.
*)They list the exception in the throws clause and we must catch them.
*)It inform the caller of the method handle those exceptions.
*)If a method is capable of causing an exception that it does not handle,it must specify this behavior so that callers of the method can guard themselves against that exception.
