Hi friends,
i am totally new to java programming, i am basic learner in java. My query is, How to compile java package using command line. For Eg: When i compile following command, c:>set CLASSPATH=.;C:\; C:\mypackage>javac shamil.java 'javac' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.
please help me how to compile it.

On the above example, what should be the CLASSPATH environment variable - only C:\ or C:\world? Thanks.
