The constructor of Object class doesn't contains any parameter. IF you want to any object of custom class or predefined class then you can add using hashmap.

Try the following code:

public class HashMapExample {
public static void main(String[] args) {
Map<Integer, Student> hm = new HashMap<Integer, Student>();
hm.put(1, new Student("A"));
hm.put(2, new Student("B"));
System.out.println(hm);
System.out.println(hm.get(1));
}
}
class Student{
private String name;

public Student(String name){
this.name = name;
}
public String toString() {
return name;
}
}
