You must give the src for ur image...
<input type="image" src="hai.JPG" value="1">emp id

we use radio button to provide only a single selection from a group like selecting a radio channel in a radio.
So if u give a image instead of radio, then user can select multiple options,,isnt it?
then again, will is pass the value i mean here its '1' if we click on the hai.jpg?
because i never worked using image as an input type....

then for changing the image on clicking is

<img border="0" src="hai.jpg" id="fpAnimswapImgFP1" name="fpAnimswapImgFP1" dynamicanimation="fpAnimswapImgFP1" lowsrc="hello.bmp" width="606" height="417">


this statement will change the hai.jpg to hello.bmp on mouseclick
