Hi,

You will need to use the below meta tag.

<META HTTP-EQUIV="Refresh" CONTENT="2"; URL="http://www.google.com">
Placing the above tag in your <HEAD></HEAD>

will load google.com in 2 seconds. Changing the 2 value on CONTENT="2" to another value will increase or decrease the delay until loading the new page.
