There are some advantages of Flex3.0 over Flex 2.0 they are following:
1. Faster compilation time
2. flex ajax bridge
3. Two newly added component Advanced datagrid and OLAP dataGrid
4. Flex component kit for flash CS3
5. cross-domain facility
6. Added charts
7. Easily debugging
8. Runtime localization etc.
