Write a java program that calculates the lease rent for a machine which is to be hired for 5 years and the cost of capital in the market is 12%. The depreciation on that machine are charged on Straight line basis. Asuming that the machine costs 500,000 rupees now at market if we wish to purchase instead of lease from leasing company. Our Company now, is in 43% tax bracket. |
