| JSP Paging Example in Datagrid |

Hi,
I have tested JSP Paging Example in Datagrid which is available at the following url which i am able to run it successfully.

When i try to customize its Java file with required fields from the database of my web application it gvies the following error.
An error occurred while evaluating custom action attribute "value" with value "${ersData.propertyDesc}": Unable to find a value for "propertyDesc" in object of class "com.flank.ers.SimpleAdverTisment" using operator "." (null)
Can anybody tell me whether this sample provided on the url
http://www.roseindia.net/jsp/paging.shtml
is customizable or not if yes how can i solve the above error.
