Vuzit is an online document viewer software for securely publishing documents in a web browser using Ajax and HTML5 technology. Using Vuzit, companies can built small to large web sites, attract huge traffic, enhance selling of their content in a secure and trusted environment. It is free for limited use but chargeable for giant use and in case of to integrate within other products or services. Primarily, it was launched by Philadelphia, Pennsylvania based company Hovitate LLC in December 2006 that changed its name to Vuzit LLC.
Vuzit at present supports only PDF format means the documents can be viewed only PDF format upto 50 MB size or 300 pages. The documents can be easily uploaded freely and speedily. After uploading documents can be share or distribute online with others including blogs using a simple 2-line embed code. The uploaded documents are easy to view with the given tools like zoom in, zoom out, scrolling, navigation etc. Vuzit software also supports keyboard shortcuts, downloading, saving, and mobile platform devices iPhone, iPad and Droid, so it can be viewed anywhere.
The uploaded documents can be stored online without bothering the space, expiration or link breakage. It does not bound with any language, and user can upload or view the documents in any language.
Vuzit document supports cross platform and most of the browsers like IE6, Mozila, Safari, Opera, Chrome and mobile browsers like opera and safari. The documents can be easily customizable and can also works with development environment like PHP, .Net or Java etc.
Vuzit also provides a secure environment, as it provides the feature of document watermarking to prevent the users viewing documents from distributing content without your consent; SSL (Secure Socket Layers) with 256 bit encryption to safe from phising and other sorts of internet offence and no feature of copying and pasting that make it haed for others to steel your contents.
